HOUSE KEEPING
- A departure cleaning of $250 will be deducted from your security deposit for UP-8 and the Cabana.
- Tenant is responsible for excessive cleaning fees.
- Full maid service is available upon your request for $100 per visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 50% deposit is due upon booking to confirm reservation.
- Either party reserves the right to cancel outside of 120 days with a full refund to lessee.
- If cancellation occurs between 60-120 days the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- The Final Balance is due 60 days out. If not received within 5 days of the due date the
owner has the right to cancel the reservation and you will forfeit your 50% deposit. - If cancellation occurs inside of 60 days the final balance due will be forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The following charges will be deducted from your security deposit: Any excess cleaning charges, charges for missing or damaged property, cost of property stolen from the cabana if the tenant fails to set the alarm, fees charged by the City of Sunny Isles Police for false alarms caused by the tenant, damage to unit or grounds or any other charges the tenant is responsible for. Animals are not allowed in the unit without owners consent. If it has been determined that an animal was in the unit, Tenant will be responsible for the cost of shampooing all carpet, upholstery, window treatments, etc. Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure. You are responsible for any losses/damage to the unit/grounds or personal property in excess of your security deposit.
